Why evoke exists

evoke began with a plain problem: cooking from a phone with your hands full. A recipe on a screen means stopping to scroll, to find your place, to work out half of three quarters of a cup. And when a change makes a dish better, it is usually forgotten by the next time.

So evoke reads the recipe to you, listens while you cook, and keeps what you changed, so that every cook can be a little better than the last.
